1. What is your customer service hours?

Our telephone service hours at +34 966 288 008 are from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

2. How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are sent by express transport and will be delivered the day after shipment in the peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and between 2-4 in the different countries of Europe.

All orders that we have on any business day (Monday to Friday) before 12 noon are prepared and shipped that same day, and orders that come in after 12 noon will be prepared and shipped the next business day.

3. What forms of payment are there?

You can pay by:

  • Credit card
  • Wire transfer
  • Bizum web (bizum for companies)
  • Cash on delivery (additional cost of € 1)
  • Paypal (additional cost of € 2)

4. How can I place my order?

5. What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is € 22

6. How much does transport cost to Spain and abroad?

Transport in mainland Spain is free. For the rest the prices are:

  • Portugal: additional cost of € 2 for each 15kg section of the order.
  • Francia, Alemania, Mónaco:additional cost of € 6 for each 15kg section of order.
  • Bélgica, Luxemburgo, Austria, República Checa, Holanda, Italia: additional cost of € 8 for each 15kg section of order.

7. What is the best way to preserve citrus fruits?

You don’t have to do anything special as they are freshly picked and last a long time, but they should be kept away from heat sources (radiators, etc …).
