This sausage is characterized by being previously cured, something that makes the contribution of proteins, minerals and important vitamins very high for the organism.
It contains a high level of protein that is perfect for providing large part of a person’s daily protein requirements.
Apart from that, it has been proved that a sausage contains the same amount of cholesterol quite similar to that of a hake. That was confirmed after a series of important studies and research were carried out by several scientists.

In addition, the amount used is just enough to prevent microbial agents from developing in and decomposing the sausage. It also prevents the uncontrolled growth of pathogenic microorganisms that cause the product deteriorates.
